goals

Students have basic knowledge of electronic components, circuits and systems as well as the influence of operating parameters on their functionality.

content

Students are introduced in four subjects of electronics by 10 practical lessons:

  1. 3 lessons on semiconductor components (semiconductor diodes, field effect transistors and laser diodes)
  2. 3 lessons on electronic circuits and electronic communication systems (thermal modelling, operational amplifier, phase-locked loop)
  3. 2 lessons on power electronics (step-up converter, step-down converter)
  4. 2 lessons on plasma technology (layer deposition and surface treatment in low pressure plasmas)
